Subject: Ops, admin and HR for worker co-ops

Description: The USFWC’s peer networks (PNs) are platforms for cooperators working in similar industries to connect, learn, and organize together. These are open to both members and non-members alike, and we encourage non-members to join the USFWC. You should feel free to use the PN to share updates about your co-op, news about your industry, questions and challenges you’re dealing with, and other relevant content.

The Ops + HR PN has an email list ops+hr@lists.usworker.coop. You can invite your co-workers and colleagues working in your industry by sending a request via ops+hr-subscribe@lists.usworker.coop. You can unsubscribe by emailing ops+hr-unsubscribe@lists.usworker.coop. This group currently communicates primarily in English.

The Ops+HR PN has a Google Drive folder where members can upload relevant documents, templates, readings, and other materials. This is self-organized, so please keep it tidy, but feel free to create new folders. Reach out to this listserv to receive access to the Google Drive Folder.

If there is interest, members in peer networks may choose to meet one-off or regularly. This group isn't meeting currently. If you’re interested in organizing a meeting, feel free to ask the group directly or to contact USFWC staff michael@usworker.coop

Members in the PN in both meetings and forums are expected to abide by the USFWC’s Code of Conduct
